Information we use

We use the email address you verify to create and secure your account. You may also choose to add a phone number, username, avatar, or physical card code. Merchants receive only the information needed to locate an account and apply Rewards at checkout.

We record Rewards activity, store interactions, session credentials, and basic technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use it

We use account information to sign you in, display your Rewards, connect friends when you ask, process store activity, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

A participating store can see the account information and redemption code needed to complete a visit. Service providers may process data only to operate the platform, such as email delivery, hosting, and security. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and choices

You can request account help or deletion at rewards@potcoin.cash. We retain information only as needed for operations, security, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.

Age and security

Potcoin Rewards is intended for adults 21 and older and is not directed to children. We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect account information, but no online system can promise absolute security.
