Terms of use
These terms explain the MVP service rules for customers and participating dispensaries.

The service
Potcoin Rewards is a loyalty-rewards platform. Rewards are promotional loyalty units, not currency, stored value, a bank account, an investment, or cryptocurrency. Rewards may be earned, redeemed, adjusted, or expire only under the rules communicated by the participating store and the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding agreement where you use the service. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting access to your email, device, and account.
Customer accounts
Email-code sign-in is used to protect customer accounts. Do not share authentication codes. You may not create accounts for another person, manipulate balances, use automated abuse, or attempt to access another account.
Store accounts
Stores must provide accurate business and licensing information, maintain appropriate legal authorization, and use the merchant dashboard only for legitimate customer transactions. A store is not shown as accepting Potcoin Rewards until approved by platform operations.
Fees and crypto billing
The first 100 approved locations are offered a free introductory plan for their first year from signup. After that, locations are priced at $9.99 per location per month unless a written agreement says otherwise, or the location qualifies for an alternative billing offset we make available. Crypto payment availability is subject to the selected payment provider and applicable law; payment processing is not a custody or exchange service provided by Potcoin Rewards.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to protect the platform, meet legal obligations, or improve the service. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where practical.
